Services for the Police Substation #5 and #12 projects included roof removal and replacement, masonry repair, new flashings, coping replacement, stone and brick anchoring, window repair, mold remediation, and miscellaneous interior finish work. Prior to construction, Mull & Weithman worked with various contractors and consultants to perform destructive testing to identify building envelope issues, and develop a plan of action and cost estimate for proposed repairs and remediation.
