The City of Delaware, Ohio held a grand opening ceremony for the new Station 304, the fourth fire station in the City to serve the growing communities in the southeast area of the City. The station was designed from a prototype design developed by Mull & Weithman Architects as part of the design process for Station 303.
The new facility features 9,100 sf of space with two drive-through apparatus bays and living quarters for up to five fire fighters and features telecommunication services for Department-wide communications.
This station will allow the Department to continue to grow with the surrounding community, and will reduce response times in the expanding southeast quadrant of the City.
