Construction continues for Washington Township, Richland County’s new Administration Complex. This construction is Phase II of a 2-phase project which includes the construction of a 28,000 square foot main fire station and administration building.  This phase also includes the construction of a 6,400 square foot Road Department / Service building.

Phase I of the project included extensive site work to prepare for the municipal complex. Phase I was completed in December 2022.

Construction is expected to be completed on both buildings in 2024.
