Located in Delta, Ohio the Delta Community Fire Department hired Mull & Weithman Architects to complete a feasibility study to expand the existing Township Hall into a fire station to support the community’s current needs and anticipated growth. A key component in this study included supporting the Department’s evolving needs as it transitions its workforce from predominantly volunteer to predominately career with volunteer support.

The resulting study totals just over 20,000 sf and includes 5 drive-thru apparatus bays, dormitory spaces for 8 firefighters and shared administrative spaces for the Fire Department and Township.
