Galion YMCA
Mull & Weithman has worked with the Galion YMCA over all three phases of the project to add space and update amenities.
Mull & Weithman Architects’ team provided architectural, engineering, and construction administration services for additions and renovations to the existing community YMCA. The additions included a new auxiliary gymnasium, new weight training center, ADA compliant locker rooms, a teen center, 3 meeting rooms, and an elevator. The renovation included changes to the nursery / day care facility and 3 classrooms, pool & spa renovations, sauna’s, and making the current restrooms, lobby, and the new entry ADA compliant. Each phase utilized the Design-Build project delivery method.
