City of Columbus Police Substation No. 18

Originally based in the basement of a nearby fire station, the 18th Precinct had out grown its space and needed to be relocated.  The area was divided to relocate Substation 18 and to provide additional storage space for the City of Columbus S.R.B. Renovations include new locker room space, renovated toilet rooms, offices, conference space, bicycle storage space, and roll call area. Renovation services included structural assessment and repair, exterior masonry repairs, HVAC replacement, Electrical upgrades, plumbing design, site drainage and roof replacement.
